Paris Hilton was on a yacht in her bikini and got so relaxed (or high) she took her top off. This is nothing new to Paris. She loves being naked and her entire career is based on her either being naked or getting banged.
The funniest part about these pics is that all the people with Paris are acting like it s a big deal to see her topless. I’ve seen the leaked videos that were found in Paris’s old storage unit. If you hang with Paris on any regular basis it is an event when she actually has clothes on.
