Hilary Duff hit the streets today looking all kinds of nerd hot and showing her amazing cleavage off. Hilary always looks good, but she tends to cover herself up and not let her boobs out to play. Those tits are amazing! Here they are almost falling out of her shirt and I greatly approve.
